We will create custom materials that your employees need to be proficient in their job.  These materials can include presentations for trainers to use, study guides for self-guided learning, leader guides, and exams. We will make suggestions, and provide what you want to provide to your people.

We have been training employees for a long time, and we've gotten pretty good at it. We can provide the trainings to your employees so that whether they are destined for the production floor or a cubicle, they will be armed with the basic information they need to start learning their job in a hands-on setting.

Part of our process to develop your quality system is designing your forms and records. As we are training your people and have determined that they understand the materials, we will document the event so there is a record for you to maintain in their file.  We can do this on your form, or we can provide a Cornerstone Systems Training Certificate.
