About Us
Jeff Rybolt
With over 26 years of aviation and aerospace experience, Jeff brings a broad range of skills to Cornerstone. His career has included direct experience in ISO9001 / AS9100 manufacturing, FAA 145 and AS9110 repair stations, FAA PMA manufacturing, Nadcap Composites Special Processing, AS9102 First Article Inspection, trained in AS13100 (Aero Engines), C.A.S.E. 1A standards, auditing, and training. Jeff is also a Probitas certified AS9100 Lead Auditor.
Being the son of an entrepreneur, Jeff has a passion for small business. He has created quality systems for companies that had no previous system and worked with both large and small companies to improve their already implemented mature systems. Jeff has been an FAA DMIR (Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative), served on the FAA Safety Team, and been a Nadcap Composites Task Group Supplier Voting Member.
He and his wife, Lisa have 2 children, and 2 granddaughters, and enjoy working on their hobby farm/homestead.
Jeff is active in the ministries of CommUNITY Church in Muncie, IN, currently serving as the Executive Pastor. He has a heart for servant leadership, preaching, bible study, and discipleship.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve.

Lisa Rybolt
Lisa brings over 19 years of management and experience working with ISO9001, AS9100, DFARs, and ISO13485 requirements. She is adept at contract and requirements review, including government statutory and regulatory compliance issues.
She spent several years as the Director for a medium-sized AS9100 and Nadcap accredited aerospace manufacturer and led them through significant quality management system changes while supporting a positive culture between operations and quality, implementing process ownership, managing continuous improvement initiatives, and establishing process performance metrics.
She is a Probitas certified AS9100 Lead Auditor, Business Process Management Specialist and has completed AS13100 training for Aero Engines. Having the OSHA 30HR, Lisa has also created and taught safety management programs and safety training courses.
She earned her BS from Purdue University in 1994 and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009.
Lisa enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband, children, and granddaughters and is very active within her church where she serves as a deacon and Women’s Small Group Ministry.
