With this guiding scripture as our lampstand, and our values as our plumb line, we strive to do our best each day for our client.
We will accomplish this mission by leveraging our expertise to help our clients realize the potential in their organization. We will provide practical solutions to their challenges which will empower them to grow their business through internal efficiencies and satisfied customers.
This oath used in the medical profession is also appropriate to quality management. In every action we do, we make sure it is in the best interest of our client and their employees. Doing that will help ensure that Cornerstone and the consultant remain above reproach.
We will address all client requests for our time, help each other out to meet those requests, and notify the client without delay if we are unable to satisfy their request within their timetable.
We will Keep It Simple & Smart. The requirements are complex enough. What sets us apart is our ability to understand and interpret those requirements, then to create simple systems to meet them.
For our client, for ourselves, and for Cornerstone. We will maintain a high standard for each and continually improve to ensure that we are all successful.
We will not create systems or provide advice that creates a dependent relationship. The client should be stronger and wiser from our contribution. The best result is when they have become so strong in their systems that they no longer need our involvement but choose it.
Maintain the trust and confidentiality of our client’s information. Safeguard their data to ensure that client confidentiality is maintained. Observe ITAR restrictions, when applicable.
We will not be afraid to admit that we do not know an answer. No one has all of the answers, but we will leverage the combined experience of our entire team to best serve our client.
We will act in a manner that promotes the reputation of Cornerstone Systems and refrain from conduct which detracts from it, whether verbal or written.
We will always strive for client satisfaction by delivering our best effort. Immediately listening to and making it right if there is a complaint.
We will diligently document our time. Always striving for accurate billing and well-documented activities; not exceed the wishes of the client by performing more service than they want, but allowing them to make informed decisions about the amount of support they desire.
If we anticipate a conflict of interest because we are representing two opposing interests, we will take all reasonable steps to avoid the situation or have another Cornerstone consultant assist by representing one of the sides.
